There are
Only a few things
Truly important and necessary
And the rest are mainly decorations.

You think you know how?

You think you know how to melt a girl's heart?
FACE IT.
Melting a girl's heart is definitely NOT to play the piano and sing her songs!
Stop acting like you're so sentimental since most of us aren't!

SIMPLY...

Just ask her out for SHOPPING.
She'll be SO TOUCHED to bits if you ask her this golden question.
EVERY girl LOVES SHOPPING more than anything, more than any emo songs you sing or classics you play!
Melt her with your shopping charm!

I'm very INCONSISTENT.

Yes, miraculous entry here!! I'm very inconsistent when it comes to blogging, in fact, ALMOST everything else. Kudos to those impressive and consistent bloggers who never gave up that kept this blogging 'industry/trend' going.

I've no originality, I even downloaded and used this skin from blogskins.com and I took away the credits so I can impress and amaze others that this skin was from me (any retards will know that whatever "NICE" skin you use, is definitely leeched from somewhere!).

By the way, I'm gonna imitate Cheryl's lines, "I'm doing this for David". And yes, David has a 'mission' for us in his blog that requires us to name 5 quirky habits.

5 Quirky Habits
  1. I play with toy cars at home and smile.
  2. I step on my dustbin thinking that it's a stool.
  3. I love lying on my bed and pretend that I'm sleeping so my mum won't ask me to buy lunch home.
  4. I like sitting down.
  5. I like to watch drama mama - Shu Ying on webcam.

That's about it, these are really extraordinary and amazing habits, please respect them and don't mock at me. =)

Job fantasies

Yes, holidays now, time to work and earn some bucks.

Obviously job hunting isn't fun at all, but thanks to afiqah's presence! HAHA. We did REALLY RETARDED things. For eg, waiting idiotically for a defective traffic light that will NEVER turn green. And getting so amazed over a frog till bangalas were laughing at us.

Anyway, applied for 3 jobs.

1) Sweet Indulgence Cafe @ Telok Ayer Street
2) Coffee Club @ Kinokuniya Ngee Ann City
3) TCC @ Where ever they put us

Sweet Indulgence looks really like a spot for expats in the CBD area, and its small and cosy, I kinda like it there. Small cafes are so much easier to work in! Well, Coffee Club @ Kino is another small and cosy cafe with a really small crowd as well, perfect for slackers like us! TCC was just a try, I like all TCC outlets anyway so I don't have much to complain about it.

Our LAST RESORT - Coffee Club @ Ngee Ann City
Obviously that's BACK to my previous workplace! Which I'm more than unwilling to go back but well, as mentioned, that's the LAST RESORT!! Anyone who worked there before will know the stress and misery all staff gotta go through!

Hope these job fantasies will turn reality REAL SOON! Wish me luck.

Back home

I'm BACK.

FINALLY.

Anyway, all I can say is, BANGKOK was wonderful, I feel like going back there again!

BUT...

The flight back to Singapore was bloodcurling, some wild turbulence hit our plane like some uncontrollable highly-dangerous lunatic! The plane was literally dropping as though it felt like an air crash! I felt so NEAR to death. Everyone on the plane was yelling (esp. the Chinese Nationals, by the way, the plane was full of them)

I'm not exagerrating, I'm SERIOUS. I was so scared that I still held onto the seat even after the plane stabilised and having cold sweat. We were only SIX more minutes to home and this happened! And thanks to TODAY newspaper which rubbed it into my fear, for featuring 2 articles on fuel leaks of an SQ flight in Shanghai and an air crash in Medan. I was reading that newspaper on the plane, scared the wits outta me!

After touching down safely onto home grounds and upon reaching home, having a good night sleep, I HAD NIGHTMARES, my mum told me that's probably due to the aftereffects from the shock I had from the flight. SCARY!!!!

WHAT A BIRTHDAY GIFT SIA GAVE ME!

Greetings from the owl!!!
I'm blogging now and wide awake like those creatures in Night Safari now. Cos' I just finished re-watchin Jason's White Chicks DVD and am still quite high after the laughing. WAHAHAHAHAHA.
This show seriously can make one laugh even after watchin for the 2nd time! It never bores!

Weekend was a bore, so White Chicks sorta perked my monotonous day up. Sadly, am having a FLU right now. And I think this one is gonna be a long and protracted flu that will last for at least days with incessant sneezing and mucous-service. I know I'm a sneezing flu monster. A flu blob. I don't hide handkerchiefs under my pillow for nothing!

Apart from my filthy flu shit, I smell a pleasant vacation week coming up!! woohoo....~

Itinerary for the week

Monday - Probably rot and sneeze at home for all I can.
Tuesday - Meet up with Afiqah and then drink with Jason & Aisyah.
Wednesday - SIN ---> BKK/Take off to BANGKOK.
Thursday - IN BANGKOK.
Friday - IN BANGKOK.
Saturday - IN BANGKOK.
Sunday - IN BANGKOK.
Monday - BKK ---> SIN/IN BANGKOK - BACK TO SINGAPORE.

Hmm, hope all goes well and smooth. Will blog more when I wake up!
