A day spent in KTV

Alrighty, it was just another day spent in town yesterday. By the way, I'm blogging for yesterday alright? Ok, initially, I was at Lot 1 with Cheryl to go job-hunting AGAIN, but failed again. We ended up munchin in Long John Silver's.

Look at us, it's already gonna be Jan 2005 soon, yet we still can't find a job! Call us lazy or whatever goofy nicknames you wanna call it, but that's us, if we aren't like that, you better stay away, we could be aliens in disguise!

But good news was that Clement told us his aunt's company "Takase" or somethin, may need people in January, alright, that was very assuring for us. Really hope that we can get that job in our hands.

And we went to town for KTV actually, but saw this Maestro Bistro in Cine, so we tried our luck, we sat there to wait for the boss to come over and talk to us about the details, we SAT and SAT and look like some dumbos. He took his really nice own sweet time to come over, that was very long indeed. Ok, he's a Caucasian (shan't call him an angmor, cos' this term is offending to them). His english was so fluent that it was kinda hard to catch him onto the track. But the turn-off was that we are required to work from 7pm to 5am!!! On some days that is. We are just waiters/waitresses, not some hookers out here finding for business till dawn!

Alright, after that, went to the KTV in PartyWorld. With Cheryl, Ancherle, Vanessa, Terence, and Edison. Ailin was supposed to turn up but she couldn't make it at the very last minute. But it's ok though, we don't blame her. The KTV session was nice, but there were just some parts not right, Ancherle and Vanessa were practically shouting and singing off-key purposely in MOST of the songs, I didn't say ALL. Okay, it's fine to do it in some songs, but not in most of the songs, it's like you guys paid ALOT to sing in a KTV, don't waste it okay? What's more, you guys have good voices, don't hide it! In fact, my voice sucks! It's usually me, Cheryl and Ter who were singing, others were either not singing or shouting at the microphone.

Ancherle, Vanessa and Edison left very early, and it was just me, Cheryl and Terence. But Clement came later on. We sang till 9pm. Alrighty, it's tiring cos ' we went to have dinner in Cine after that, and went to the arcade to play. What a night. Anyway, that's what we, typical adolescents do right? We are under-aged for pubs and over-aged for playgrounds. That's hard!

Devastating Tsunami

It's truly devastating, this sudden mass loss of lives happened in just 1 day. This shows how destructive and horrifying Mother Nature can get, the whole scene seems so much like a scene from the Bible, Noah's Ark perhaps.

What did they do to deserve all these? Perhaps only God has the answer. He definitely has a reason for letting this happen, and it must be for a good cause which many of us will not notice. Well, just like what essy said, He is equally devastated and sad, in fact, He feels even more sad than us, all these people and creatures which perished were all of His own creations, all of them belonged to Him, it's just like His own flesh and blood.

Let's not blame and curse God for all these which happened, it's all destined and it's all in God's hands. I know this will sound very cliche, but life is really too fragile, no one will know what will happen to themselves for good.

Well, such catastrophes won't simply end so soon, more will surely come if it's true that we are nearing to THE END TIMES.

Aww... I've no idea why this happened. For all of a sudden, my mind was infested with tremendous fear of my O's results. I'm just so darn scared that I can't make it. I really don't wanna retake, and I've dumped almost all of my books away, I can't afford to retake!

It's really like a nightmare for me. Especially maths, I just HOPE I can do well in it or simply pass for it. I will really breakdown if I fail my maths. REALLY.

I'm dying to get into Ngee Ann Poly for Mass Comm. These worries struck my head because I read the newsletter NP posted to me, that was a mass production, so I guess every O Level's candidate would have received them too.

I suddenly got so worried and got freaked out when all these came into my mind, AHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, Please... I need to pass my O's...PLEASE!!!!

Alrighty, got so pissed just now. What's with you, stupid uncle? I'm certain you had better things to do than noticing what are the food I ate and have not ate. If you are so thoughtful and considerate, mind your words alright? I'm a human/homosapien! Not a goat or some animals that you claim which eat grass! And please, I certainly DON'T EAT GRASS!

I sincerely think you should allow your wife to attend some social etiquette classes, preferably on dining etiquette! Cos' she can't dine like a proper human either! As for you, you can join your wife in the social etiquette classes as well, and extra night classes on Basic Courtesy! Goodness gracious me, you certainly spoilt my mood for the meal!

What the heck, such an enjoyable feast was turned into such a frustrating and infuriating one because of some rude uncle! And the food was not exactly appetising anyway, I just dislike attending Chinese Weddings. Cos' the food are simply not appetising for me, every Chinese weddings are the same anyway.

Anyway, I'm just so pissed after the meal, got even more frustrated when Jo told me that she can't turn up on Tuesday, AARGH! What an add-on to my anger. Anyway, I don't blame her anyway, just my luck to encounter that rude uncle and got too annoyed.

Oh well, guess it will be boring tomorrow, and Christmas won't be amazingly enjoyable for me as well. Goodbye.

It has been a long long time

Yeah, has been really a long time ever since I blogged before I depart to Bangkok. Well, was extremely happy to be back in Singapore. At least it's safer here than compared to BKK. Why? Cos' my mum's bag was cut open by pickpockets. And my dad's passport and my digital camera were both stolen!

We went to the nearest Thai police station, then to the S'pore Embassy and then to Thai Immigration just to make a police report and temporary paper passport to go back to S'pore. All I can say is that these pickpockets are professionals, not in the sense that they are some doctors or lawyers, but some professionals specialized in cutting open bags and getting people to jam with you in a big crowd, then rob you.

Well, I think I blog more tomorrow or so, cos' I don't feel like bloggin now, sorry for the late entry.

I'm gonna touch the skies!

Yeah, am gonna touch the skies soon. Has been quite sometime ever since I blogged, and this will be my 'last' entry for now, until I come back from Bangkok. Well, I'm flying off tomorrow, with Singapore Airlines. Okay, enough of all the reporting and announcing.

For the past few days, I went out quite often, and found a job yesterday, Thank God! But still awaiting for their call for the interview. It's at Coffee Bean @ Lot 1. That coffee bean is like the smallest branch you can ever find in Singapore. But anyway, I do hope I can get that job successfully. The pay is just as little when compared to the small size of the outlet, only $4/hr. But I couldn't care less anymore, as long as I get a job, I'm contented. Finally understood and experienced how hard it is to find a job. Think am gonna have a hard time finding for jobs when I enter the workforce for good. And what's more, Aisyah is also workin there, so it's still not too bad.

Went to meet Cheryl and Clement in Causeway Point with Aisyah, aww, am terribly sorry Cheryl, for kicking you. Felt extremely bad after that, didn't know what to do/say, just EXTREMELY SORRY. I also had no idea why the heck I did that, I just hate it when I do something like that, aargh!

Okay, gonna end here, Changi Airport, HERE I COME!

Alrighty, haven't been blogging for donkey days, well, ever since the Sentosa trip, I've been rather sick cos' I'm down with a bad flu and a sore throat subsequently. Frustration dominated me even more cos' I've been trying hard to find a job despite of my sick condition, but failed, who will want a sick guy like me right?

Ok, Sentosa trip was fun and enjoyable, but I did have mixed emotions during the trip, just that I did not show it, tried damn hard to conceal that. Anyway, sad things aside, it has really been donkey ages ever since my last trip to Sentosa with some very close buddies yet one of them is not with us anymore. Okay, why the heck did I detour myself back to those sad memories?!

Okay, new para, well, it was just so fun, had a great time there, but am just so lazy to blog about the details of that day, cos' what I can say is just PURE fun alright?

Watched SI yesterday, GRAND FINALS!! As expected, Taufik was the sole winner of the 6-months competition. Yesterday was certainly the best and most spectacular performance from SI, love it. Changed the background music "Celebration" by Kool and The Gang. Well, this song was sung by the idol finalists as well, just to blend in with the celebration of Taufik's victory, so I changed the song. Anyway, I voted for Taufik and Sly once for each. Sly's performance was good too, just not as good as Taufik's, wahahaha.

Anyway, may God Bless me while am still on the hunt for jobs, really wanna cling onto a job real soon, "Ya-hooo"!~
