Alright, yesterday was Hillgrove's very FIRST Graduation Nite 2004 of the pioneer batch, which includes me. It was definitely better than I thought, NUS Guild House was kinda cool, looks like some kind of country club, has swimming pool and a mini-ballroom. We had the event held in the ballroom, so it was not too bad, at least we got to sit and dine. The retro theme was fine and fits into the event, however, ironically speaking, I dressed formally, not retro, haha, cos' I've dressed retro once and hated it.

Anyway, guess all of us had fun in there and of course, the teachers' skit was interesting, they dressed in our school uniform which was a RARE sight! The multimedia presentation which flashed many photos of our sec 1 times, was really meaningful and brought many memories back to me. Although its either my face was not facin the cam or my my hair will be facing the cam, in other words, it's hard to spot me although I was featured in one or two photos. It was kinda sad to hear that Mr Oon is retiring next year with effect from Jan 2005, but we are glad and proud to be the LAST class that Mr Oon had taught out of his 30 years of teaching experience, thumbs up to Mr Oon! The part when tonnes of guys (which included me as well) swarmed up to the stage and sang "Peng You/Friends" up there was a touching yet "breathtaking" sight, cos' I was standing at the very last row, and it's super squeezy, I can't breathe!! But it was courageos of the 3 non-chinese to sing a chinese song on stage, good job Aisyah and the rest!

Well, don't wanna comment much cos' I already said alot about my feelings and emotions of the parting in my previous entries, but indeed, memories started to flash back like movie sneak previews, felt kinda emotional at home. Went home straight after the event, that's very unlike of me, well, cos' there's a direct bus home, and most of them wanted to go home, I was kinda tired too, no idea why, but still had fun yesterday.

Thank you and Goodbye Hillgrove!
